Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoomMint.

The service

RoomMint lets you upload images of rooms, exteriors, and furniture to create AI-generated redesigns and product try-ons. Results are visual concepts, not measured construction drawings, engineering advice, product-fit guarantees, or professional design advice.

Accounts

You need an account to generate, save, or purchase credits. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Each person may use only their own account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for RoomMint or others.

What you may upload

Upload only room, exterior, and furniture images that you have the right to use. Do not upload or generate:

• Photos whose main subject is a person, including a child.
• Sexual, exploitative, violent, hateful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Images that violate privacy, copyright, trademark, or another person’s rights.
• Content intended to impersonate, defraud, harass, or harm someone.

Generated content

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unrealistic, incomplete, or similar to material created for other users. Review a result before relying on, publishing, or sharing it.

You retain your rights in images you upload. RoomMint does not claim ownership of your original images. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share results created for your account.

You give RoomMint and its service providers permission to process your uploads, prompts, settings, and results only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

Credits and purchases

A generation uses the number of credits shown before you confirm it. Available credit packs, subscription terms, and local prices are displayed in the app before purchase. Purchases and refunds are processed through Apple.

Paid credits do not expire. RoomMint Plus renews monthly until cancelled and grants credits after each successful renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not remove credits already granted.

A refunded transaction reverses its credit grant. If those credits were already used, later credit grants may first cover the resulting shortfall. Purchases belong to the RoomMint account used for the transaction and cannot be transferred to another account.

Nothing in these terms removes refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, overload the service, access another user’s information, resell access, or use RoomMint in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Deletion and termination

You may stop using RoomMint or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service.

Account deletion and data retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

Disclaimer and liability

RoomMint is provided as available and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular project. Always verify dimensions, safety, structure, products, and professional requirements independently.

To the extent permitted by law, RoomMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms as RoomMint or the law changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not apply retroactively.
